The victim was walking home from Smith’s when a midsize black vehicle pulled up next to him. Two Hispanic males exited the vehicle, one of which produced a gun. The victim was robbed of his belongings and the suspects left southbound on E Street. Suspect vehicle is a midsize four-door black car.


1:01 a.m.
420 N. Hodges Ln.

The victim was standing outside his residence smoking when a black Dodge Charger pulled up to the curb. Three Hispanic males exited the car and approached the victim. One of the males, wearing a red bandana, produced a gun and demanded his phone. The victim gave the suspect his phone and the suspects ran back to the Dodge Charger, where the fourth suspect was waiting. The suspect vehicle then fled the scene. The Dodge Charger was described as a newer model, stock aluminum rims, tinted windows and a Utah arches plate.

Shots fired
538 S. Redwood Rd.

Officers responded to a call of shots fired at Totems Bar. Officers were informed an unknown suspect was firing a gun in the back parking lot of the bar. Bar security responded to the back parking lot to see a vehicle speeding away and a .38 special revolver discarded on the ground with six spent shell casings inside.

Victims near the above address awoke to a loud crashing sound and discovered the front window to their apartment had been shot. Officers responded and located a round lodged in an interior wall.
