A semi-truck driver had stopped in the parking lot of the Rite-Aid when he was approached by the suspect Ian Golden, 32. Golden made demands for the driver to drop his loaded semi at the suspect’s residence. The driver believed he saw a gun in the suspects pocket and called for police. The suspect fled on foot. Arriving officers were flagged down by a couple who stated that their son was acting strange. The son turned out to be Golden who was taken into custody without incident. No weapon was found, Golden was arrested for attempted robbery.
