The victim and a witness were in the area of 1700 South when the victim accidently dropped his bag of drugs. The suspect picked up the bag of drugs and took a “finders-keepers” approach to the situation. The victim took exception to this and demanded the drugs back, threatening to hold the suspects bike until the drugs were returned. The suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim. The suspect then fled the area on his bike that he took back from the victim. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
