The victim and the suspect were in the same parking lot when a verbal altercation took place. The suspect then produced a gun, pointed it at the victim and pulled the trigger, however the gun did not fire. The suspect then fled the scene on foot and was not located. The suspect is described as a black adult male, 25-30 years old with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap with a red rose on it, black jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a black bag.
