The victim was sitting on the curb with his girlfriend when they were approached by a male acquaintance. The acquaintance started a fight with the victim and at one point stabbed the victim in the hand. The victim was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Officers located the suspect nearby. Mason Musser, 24, was booked in to jail for aggravated assault.

The victim contacted the suspect to advise her she could not park on his property. The suspect took exception to this and shoved him. The suspect then retrieved a baseball bat from her vehicle and swung it at the victim striking him once in the arm. The victim was able to take the bat away, at which time the suspect retrieved a knife and swung it at the victim. The victim sustained a minor cut to his finger. Michelle Simms, 55, was booked in to jail for aggravated assault.
