Officers were dispatched to Del Taco for a trespasser. Upon arrival officers contacted the suspect Stockton Gonzales, 20, at the outdoor seating area at which time the suspect ran from officers. Officers initiated a foot pursuit and took the suspect into custody at 350 S. 800 E. The suspect had two warrants, including failure to stop. Heroin and drug paraphernalia were found on Gonzales. Gonzales was taken to jail and booked for failure to stop at the command of an officer, possession, and drug paraphernalia as well as his two warrants.
