Occupied Stolen Vehicle
676 N. Redwood Rd.


Auto theft detectives responded on a patrol call of an occupied stolen vehicle that was being tracked by SiriusXM. Detectives located the car at the above address, occupied by two people. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Eric Fraga, 21, was taken into custody and booked into jail for theft.


5:06 p.m.
Search Warrant
1025 N. 900 W.

An Officer was conducting a patrol check at the listed address and the license plate on a GMC Sierra. The owner, David Stewart, had a felony warrant for his arrest. The officer knocked on the door for room 217. A male opened the door and the officer recognized him as the individual having the warrant. David was arrested for his warrant, during a search incident to arrest, several drugs that were individually packaged which included heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine were found on his person. David was booked into jail for 3 counts of distribution, possession of drug paraphernalia and his warrant. The Health Department responded and closed the room to occupancy.





3:19 a.m.
524 S. West Temple Street

The Victim was in the shower when her friend left the apartment without securing the door. Two male Hispanics or Polynesians and three female Caucasians made entrance. A male suspect, described as heavy set, forced the bathroom door open as the victim was getting dressed and punched the victim. All suspects then left the apartment with the victim’s personal bag that contained cash, checks and phone. One of the female suspects was described as a skinny blonde and the other one was wearing a blue sweatshirt. Unknown description on the third female suspect. The other male suspect was wearing a gray sweatshirt and he is 5’8.
