An officer was waved down in the area of 300 N. 900 W. A male reported that he was working on his vehicle when a man in a light blue van produced a gun and fired at him. No damage was found. The victim reported a welt to his buttocks that he believed was from being shot.

The victim had arranged for a female to meet him in his room at a motel. When she arrived, she was accompanied by a male who produced a weapon and took the victim’s keys, wallet and cell phone. The male and female then fled in the victims vehicle.
