Suspicious Package
525 S. State St.

The business at this address received a package from an individual they have a stalking injunction against. Given the circumstances the hazardous devices unit checked the package and determined it was safe. Alan McGillis, 49, was booked into jail for violation of a stalking injunction.

Stabbing
711 N. 1400 W.

Several individuals gathered at Riverside Park when an altercation occurred. During the altercation the victim was stabbed. All parties fled the scene with the victim being transported to a local hospital by private vehicle. The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury. No suspect information at this time, investigation ongoing.

Fugitive Arrest
1700 S. Richards St.
19-201496

Officers developed information on the location of Enrique Hernandez, 18, who had a warrant for his arrest on aggravated robbery charges. Enrique was observed leaving the area in a vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted. Enrique was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail on his warrant.

Shooting
860 N. Cornell St.
19-201496

Officers responded to a report of shots fired and found a male with a gun shot wound to his hand. The victim was uncooperative with police and medical personnel. The circumstances around the shooting are still under investigation

9:06 p.m.
Burglary
320 S. 200 W.
19-201508

Officers responded to the above address on a report of a burglary. The resident, Stanley Vigil, 41, indicated he returned home to find the suspect, Emilee Mineer, 24, in his shower. When Stanley attempted to get Emilee to leave, she swung a blunt object at him then left. Stanley followed Emilee outside then attacked her with a blunt object of his own in front of multiple witnesses. Stanley was booked into jail for aggravated assault. Emilee was taken to a local hospital for treatment, then booked into jail for aggravated burglary.
