An officer observed a scooter being driven without a license plate. After an investigation it was determined the scooter was stolen out of Idaho. Dustin Keeley, 36, was booked into jail for theft by receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and traffic violations.

Burglary

Officers responded to a burglary at this address. The victim had observed a female in the residence on a video feed. Officers were able to locate the suspect a short distance away. The suspect was in possession of property taken from the residence. Meranda Richardson, 27, was booked into jail for burglary.

Trespass/Fleeing

Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance and located individuals inside a vacant building. They escorted the individuals outside when one elected to flee on foot. Austin Beyer, 28, was caught a short distance away and taken into custody without incident. He was booked into jail for trespass and failure to stop at command of a law enforcement officer.

The victim was selling his vehicle and arranged to meet the suspect who wanted to purchase it. The suspect produced a weapon and took the keys and title to the vehicle but did not take the vehicle. No suspect description available.
