10:30 a.m.
Narcotics and Weapons Arrest
520 S. Main St.

Officers responded to a possible drug overdose at Little America. Once on scene officers were advised the male had tried to remove a handgun from his pocket when contacted by security. Officers located several different narcotics on his person in addition to the handgun. Charles Fillmore, 20, was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a restricted person.


4:04 p.m.
Attempted Arson
802 S. 900 W.

Officers responded to the Fastrac gas station at the above address on reports of a male attempting to start a fire. Once on scene officers found a male holding a lighter and paper near the gas pumps. Multiple witnesses indicated the male had tried to start a fire near the pumps. Christopher Whittaker, 27, was booked into jail for attempted arson, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.


10:33 p.m.
650 N. Wall St.

Dispatch received a call from a female who had been approached by a male who then exposed himself to her. The victim quickly fled the area and called 911. A K9 was brought in and was able to track the suspect to a nearby residence. Luis Argumedo, 22, was booked into jail for lewdness and disorderly conduct.
