Silver Alert for Missing Adult

Thomas Taylor, 77, has dementia and walked away from his apartment. A Silver Alert was issued. At 9:31 Taylor rang a doorbell on a house a considerable distance away from where he was last seen. The homeowner called for police after realizing that Taylor seemed lost. Taylor was taken back home by police.

Officers spotted a stolen vehicle in the area. The driver quickly pulled into a driveway and got out of the vehicle. Officers were able to take Creselda Pando 39 into custody. She was booked into jail for possession of stolen property.
