An officer was flagged down on an assault in progress at the above location. An investigation had found that a female threw rocks at the victim’s car. When she got out to confront the suspect, the victim was assaulted and stabbed with a screwdriver. Rikki Cruz, 36, was booked for assault, retail theft, paraphernalia and lewdness.

A call of a burglary in progress came in at the above location. An officer arrived on scene as the suspect was exiting the building. Clevy Phinsee, 33, was taken into custody and booked for burglary and assault.
