Aggravated Assault on Police Officer/Stolen Vehicle/DUI

Officers were dispatched on a possible DUI. On arrival, they observed a vehicle stopped and running in the parking. The driver appeared slumped over the wheel. An Officer roused the driver and was attempting to remove him from the vehicle when the driver yanked his hands away, grabbed the steering wheel and accelerated backwards. The officer was trapped in the doorway and dragged by the car up and over a curb and into a fence. Assisting officers were able to take the suspect into custody. The driver, Tino Cesspooch, 31, was taken to jail for aggravated assault, stolen vehicle, possession, DUI and several felony warrants. The officer suffered injuries to his foot and head.

A suspect entered the Jade Market, threatened the cashier with a taser-like device and demanded the contents of the till. The clerk complied, and the suspect fled the store on foot.

Burglary

Three suspects arrived at a residence and began attacking the victim. The suspects then entered the residence and attacked another resident. They stated they were looking for a third person that was a former resident. During the assault the initial victim sustained head injuries.

The suspect from the case above were now in the downtown area and got into an altercation with a person that was walking his dog. The altercation turned physical and someone fired off a round from a gun. The suspects fled the scene. Officers patrolling the area located the vehicle and determined that the suspects were eating at a local restaurant. Officer took the three suspects into custody. No firearm was recovered. Christopher Begue, 21, Tag Flowers, 20, and Tarren Gomez, 24, were booked into jail for burglary and other charges related to the incidents.

The victims were sitting in their car when a man got into the back seat and showed a weapon while demanding cash. The male victim turned over his wallet and the suspect exited the car and fled in a silver sedan which was parked nearby.
