Enticement of a minor

A male contacted an individual whom he believed was an underage girl. He arranged to meet the girl at this location with the intent to engage in sexual activity. When he arrived he was taken into custody without incident. Brian Stack, 60, was booked into jail for enticing a minor, dealing in harmful materials to a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor and a parole violation.

Aggravated Assault

A victim reported that she was sitting in a car with her family when Jacob Mills, 32, approached and yelled at the victims.  Mills reached through an open window and assaulted several of the victims and then pointed a handgun at the victims threatening to kill them.  Officers made contact with Mills and his wife on Shannon Cir.  After some negotiation the wife came out and talked.  Mills was distressed and refused to come out of the home. SWAT was called out. After several hours of negotiation, Mills came out and was safely taken into custody.
