Drug Distribution Arrest
140 N. 900 W.

An officer conducted a traffic stop and could smell the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and distributable amounts of drugs were located, as well as a firearm. The passenger, Leandro Lovato, 40, was booked into jail for related charges.

Shots Fired
800 E. 900 S.

Dispatch received multiple calls about shots fired in the area. Officers responded and located shell casings and minor property damage. No injuries were reported. No suspect information at this time.

11:46 p.m.
Occupied Stolen Vehicle
1400 W. Hayes Ave

A stolen vehicle was located in the area. The driver was booked into juvenile detention.
