Officers responded on a disturbance at this address. While they were en route they learned a male on scene was wanted on a parole violation. Officers made contact with the male but he refused to exit the residence. The SWAT team responded and the male eventually surrendered without incident. Tyson Yellowbear, 36, was booked into jail for his warrant.

A male who legally owns a firearm was carrying it in his belt holster and went to adjust it as he exited his vehicle. Part of the trigger caught on the holster and accidently discharged. The male was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
