A taxi driver picked up a female passenger, then picked up a male friend of the female. The two passengers began arguing and the driver asked them to get out. The male produced a knife and forced the driver out of the car. The male was described as male white adult wearing a white shirt.

Stabbing

The victim was found lying on the sidewalk with a stab wound to the torso. The victim was rushed to a local hospital and is now in stable condition. No suspect information could be obtained.

Burglary
603 E. 500 S.

A male used a rock to smash the glass on the door of Spark clothing store. The male entered, disabled the alarm and began selecting merchandise. Mall security confronted the male, he became aggressive and chased the security guard. Officers arrived on scene and took the male into custody. David Strollo, 38, was booked into jail for burglary.
