The victim was approached by the suspect who eventually asked the victim for a ride. The victim declined to give the suspect a ride which angered the suspect. The suspect brandished a knife and threatened the victim. Officers located Kaley Allen, 30, nearby. She was booked into jail for aggravated assault.

Occupied Stolen Vehicle

An officer ran the license plate of a vehicle and found it was stolen. Before the officer could turn around to stop the vehicle the occupants exited the vehicle. One of the occupants fled on foot but was quickly taken into custody. Russel Ruttenbur, 22 was booked into jail for felony theft. Cody Gibson, 26, was booked into jail for failure to stop at command of law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance.
