Occupied Stolen Vehicle

The victim reported his tractor trailer has been stolen from a nearby hotel. Using a GPS located in the vehicle it was tracked to this address. When officers located the vehicle, a male was using a knife to remove identifying decals from the truck. The male refused to comply with officer’s commands. A Taser was deployed, and the male was taken into custody. Larry Soto-Johnson, 27, was booked into jail for theft of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and possession of burglary tools.

Officers heard multiple shots fired in this area. They located multiple shell casings nearby. No damage or injuries were reported.
