Officers responded to the Youth VOA center on a person brandishing a gun. Officers arrived realized the suspect also had several warrants. An officer spotted the suspect and his vehicle and attempted to stop the suspect, but the vehicle fled. Officers later spotted the vehicle parked and the suspect running from the vehicle. Officers set up containment and located the suspect Alexander Clancy, 20, hiding under a car. Clancy was taken to jail for fleeing and for his warrants.

Stolen Vehicle

Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle in the parking lot. Officers attempted to take the occupants into custody, but the occupants would not comply and fled in the vehicle. The vehicle was located in a field at Cottonwood Park. Two of the occupants were located and detained. They indicated that the third person was wanted by the U.S. Marshals. Containment was set up on the park. Shortly thereafter Zachary Wise, 31, was located. Wise was taken to jail for his outstanding warrants, possession of a stolen vehicle and fleeing.
